En quoi consiste le rale ?

Pour nous, vous ates un conseiller en services bancaires, un ambassadeur RBC et un excellent representant en service clientele. Vous ferez la promotion de la marque RBC et fournirez du soutien par telephone, clavardage, video, mobile et reseaux sociaux. Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein, axe sur les quarts de travail, avec la flexibilite et la possibilite de travailler a domicile et/ou au centre de conseils. Nos centres et hubs sont situes a Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Halifax, Ville de Quebec et Calgary. Si offrir un service clientele exceptionnel et des solutions qui repondent aux besoins des clients vous passionne, vous pouvez entreprendre une carriere a long terme a titre de conseiller en services bancaires professionnel hautement competent dans un Centre de conseils.

Quelles seront vos taches ?

  • Mener des entretiens avec les clients par divers modes de communication, afin daEUR(TM)offrir a chaque client un service a la clientele hors pair et une experience exceptionnelle.
  • Se concentrer sur laEUR(TM)aide a apporter aux clients quand ils ont le plus besoin de nous, en repondant a une multitude de questions avec empathie, en leur proposant une diversite de solutions bancaires et en repondant a leurs preoccupations au premier point de contact.
  • Contribuer aux resultats de laEUR(TM)equipe en soutenant tous les collegues afin de repondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Entretenir et consolider les relations avec les partenaires pour travailler ensemble a RBC comme une seule equipe.
  • Gerer les risques en respectant les procedures, les processus et les contrales etablis aux fins de conformite pour proteger les interats des clients et des actionnaires.
  • Renseigner les clients et les aider a tirer parti des capacites numeriques de RBC.

Exigences
  • Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome, competences avancees en gestion du temps, en organisation et en resolution de problemes.
  • Capacites exceptionnelles en service a la clientele et la confiance necessaire pour mener des entretiens avec les clients par divers modes de communication (par exemple, telephone, clavardage, etc.), sur un ton convivial, positif et professionnel.
  • La capacite manifeste a tisser des liens et a entretenir les relations avec la clientele, de preference dans le secteur des finances ou des services, en travaillant de maniere autonome et au sein daEUR(TM)une equipe.
  • Le desir daEUR(TM)offrir des experiences clients exceptionnelles, et la passion et la curiosite requises pour aider les clients, de maniere a repondre a leurs besoins et a resoudre leurs preoccupations.
  • Litteratie numerique sur un large eventail daEUR(TM)appareils (p. ex., telephones intelligents, tablettes, portables, etc.) et des aptitudes superieures au clavier, pour la navigation sur Internet et pour laEUR(TM)utilisation daEUR(TM)un ordinateur.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et ecrite en franaais et en anglais, ainsi que la souplesse personnelle pour travailler selon differents quarts de travail qui repondent aux besoins de nos clients, du lundi au dimanche, de 22 h a 8h00.

What is the opportunity?

You are a banking advisor, RBC ambassador and an exceptional customer service representative. You champion the RBC brand and provide support to our clients as they will interact with us in very different ways; whether it is by phone, email, chat, video, social media or mobile. This is a full time and shift oriented role that provides the flexibility and opportunity to work from home and/or centre. Our centres and hubs are located in Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Halifax, Quebec city and Calgary. What will you do?
  • Proactively engage with RBC clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one
  • Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of banking solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
  • Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
  • Educate and assist clients with using RBC digital capabilities
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Ability to work independently, proven time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels (i.e. phone, video, etc.) using a friendly, positive and professional tone
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintain client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry while working independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with above average keyboarding skills, internet and computer navigation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English along with personal flexibility to work various shifts that meet our clientsaEUR(TM) needs Monday to Sunday 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Nice-to-have
  • Past experience in a customer service role where you provided a variety of needs based solutions
  • Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment
  • Previous experience working in a Contact/Call Centre or in a fast paced financial and/or service industry
