We're hiring a Customer Service Representative who brings empathy, efficiency, and clarity to every client interaction.


What You'll Do

Greet customers and guide them through the repair process Provide status updates and coordinate with estimators and technicians Answer inquiries with professionalism and care Assist with appointment scheduling and administrative support

What You Bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, customer-focused approach Experience in a service or collision environment is an asset Strong organization and multitasking abilities
