Job Overview

Our team is growing Samsung team as we are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The individual will be part of the CSR team and responsible as main key person between our service facility and customers.

Part time - Saturday and Monday (9:00 am -5:00 pm)

Duties

Receive customers at our walk-in service facility and process their products for service. Provide information and support to all customers. Create service tickets for servicing requests. Follow up with estimates, ETA's with details. Return inbound calls.

Requirements

Experience in the wireless field if possible. Experience as a customer service or similar. Presentable and amicable. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to multitask.

Notre equipe Samsung est en pleine expansion et nous recherchons un(e) representant(e) du service client a temps partiel pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique. La personne fera partie de l'equipe de representant du service clientele et sera responsable en tant que principale intermediaire entre notre centre de service et les clients.

Temps partiel - samedi et (lundi possibilite) (9h00 - 17h00)

Taches

Accueillir les clients dans notre centre de service et traiter leurs produits pour le service.
Fournir des informations et un soutien a tous les clients.
Creer des tickets de service pour les demandes de reparation.
Suivre les devis et les delais estimes avec tous les details.
Rappeler les appels entrants.

Exigences

Experience dans le domaine du sans-fil si possible.
Experience en service client ou dans un poste similaire.
Presentation soignee et amicale.
Grande attention aux details et competences de suivi.
Excellente capacite de planification et d'organisation.
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement.

Le candidat recevra une formation en cours d'emploi et travaillera avec une equipe de representants du service clientele.
