Overview

We are O's Hot Doughnuts where tasty fresh hot doughnuts are made located in Markham. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as a customer service rep.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and follow recipes for doughnut dipping sauces, mix and fry doughnuts, and add toping and glaze. Prepare or packing beverages such as coffee, sodas. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Process payments accurately all types of transaction. Assist with ordering, receiving, and replenishing stock supplies. Perform opening and closing duties, including prepping, cleaning, and securing the store. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, kitchen, and dining area. Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure all food handling processes are followed. Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team operations.

Qualifications:

Prior food service or retail experience is an asset but not required. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Attention to detail and a passion for quality food and service.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
