We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, schedule service calls and installations for multiple calendars. Resolve issues, order parts and materials, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Schedule service calls.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Must be able to use MS Excel, Word, Outlook calendars and email.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is desirable.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
