Manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and providing timely and accurate information to our customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Providing information about products, services, and pricing
  • Assisting customers with order placement and tracking
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
