In your day-to-day work, you will take charge of the immediate needs of our entrepreneurs and ensure that the company has the best tools to propel it towards success. Examples of needs : Transactional (ADA, stop payment, check order, package, change of address), financing (loans, line of credit, credit cards), savings, etc. The companies served by our client relation center are from different industries (manufacturing, commercial, services, organizations, real estate, etc.) and show needs according to the different stages of their progress (start-up, growth, maturity, succession company). The Customer Service Representative must therefore develop/possess a curiosity for the different business sectors and adjust his support according to the life cycle of the business.
