We are currently seeking a

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to join our office team. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication between customers and technicians, and efficient scheduling.

Position Summary



The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls and digital inquiries, scheduling service technicians, managing payments, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and dispatch technicians using

Jobber

Communicate with field technicians to coordinate schedules and confirm job details Process customer payments and assist with billing and invoicing follow-ups Maintain accurate and organized records of customer information, work orders, and job notes Support management and operations with various administrative tasks and reports Assist with after-hours service rotation inquiries as needed

Qualifications and Skills



Strong

verbal and written communication skills

Excellent

organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

, and scheduling or dispatch software (Jobber experience preferred)

Customer-focused attitude

with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Experience in

HVAC, plumbing, or a service-based trade industry

considered an asset Previous

office administration or dispatching experience

is preferred

Compensation and Benefits



$25-$30 per hour

, based on experience

Extended health

after probation

Monday-Friday schedule
