Customer Service Representative - Sports Uniform Supplier
Job Overview
We are a leading supplier of custom sports uniforms and team apparel, and we're looking for a
Customer Service Representative
who is passionate about sports and committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for teams, schools, leagues, and individual athletes--assisting them with product questions, custom orders, and delivery updates.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in team sports. Fluency in French is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, coaches, team managers, schools, and parents via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about uniform options, sizing, customization, timelines, and pricing
Guide customers through the ordering process, including custom artwork approvals and production timelines
Enter and manage customer orders accurately using Shopify and other internal systems
Resolve customer concerns such as delivery delays, sizing issues, or order changes with professionalism and care
Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Stay up to date on product offerings, seasonal launches, and company procedures to better assist customers
Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, apparel, or a sports-related environment
Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
Proficiency with Shopify and Microsoft Office is an asset
Experience using a CRM is an asset
Ability to explain sizing, customization processes, and team apparel options
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Fluency in French is a strong advantage
Familiarity with youth sports, school teams, or athletic organizations is a plus
