Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Downtown Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to $23 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours: Various shifts including days, evenings and weekends on rotation

Our client is hiring for a Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with a variety of service inquiries
- Respond to customers\' questions and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and update social media comments and inquiries, and address any customer complaints or issues
Requirements:- Strong ability to multitask
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role or call center
