We are currently looking for a customer service representative in the real estate field in Downtown Montreal.

- A permanent, full-time position
- Workplace: Hybrid form (4 days of telecommuting per two weeks)
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Salary between $44,000 and $54,000
- Attractive benefits
- Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
What will your day look like as a Customer Service Representative in the real estate industry in downtown Montreal?

- Greet clients or visitors, answer inquiries and, if necessary, inform anyone requested of a visitor's arrival
- Route calls, take messages and receive any complaints/comments
- Updating general information documents to provide staff with tools
- Receive and process all requests for information related to housing rentals and lease management
- Receive rental payments made at the reception desk
- Collect, verify and compile various statistical data
- Update information on various platforms
- All other related administrative tasks

Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this customer service representative position in the real estate industry in downtown Montreal?

- Fluently bilingual (English/French, written and spoken)
- Have a college diploma in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position (any experience in the real estate field is an asset)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, priority management, discretion and confidentiality, stress tolerance
