Customer Service Representative
Job Description
This position will have heavy customer interaction and mechanical knowledge will be required.
The successful candidate will help customers on the phone and in person find the parts they need and get them to them to keep their equipment running.If you have a mechanical knowledge and a continual desire to improve your skills, have a good memory, good communication skills, are not afraid of a computer, working with your hands, tackling the unknown, genuinely like people and want to become friends with them and work hard, then this is the place for you.Star Equipment is looking for a full time customer service specialist. We are family owned and operated, been around for over 50 years.
