Brampton $24 per hour
Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years' experience in customer service
Any amount of Technical experience is preferred
MUST be comfortable with upselling and cross selling
Must have excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills, must be able to navigate multiple screens
Duties:
Call Centre/order desk
Taking a high volume of inbound calls, by phone and email
Customers placing orders dealing with any inquiries and resolving issues
