Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Lead customer quotes
Serve customers at the sales counter
Answer incoming calls
Manage shipping and receiving calls
Fulfill ongoing training requirements
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the product offerings
Tend to customer service inquiries
Fulfill sales needs
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
2 to 3 years of customer service experience
Experience with electrical components is an asset
Sales counter experience is an asset in the manufacturing, industrial, or electrical industry.
Detail oriented
Proven organization abilities
A valid G License is required
