Responsibilities

Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including data entry into the company's database. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially french) are a plus. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 days

Pay: $16.10-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
