We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information in a timely manner. Accurately enter customer data and maintain records in our database. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for every customer interaction. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices. Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution on the first contact. Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Be capable of moderate lifting, long periods of standing and bending.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Experience with data entry and using POS systems is beneficial. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
