As a Customer Service Representative, you are accountable for performing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other account transactions. You will have a keen eye for detail and ability to perform with a high level of accuracy. Your strong customer service skills will support you in listening to customers and understanding their needs.
