We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be a valuable asset as you assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Assist with order processing, including data entry and tracking shipments. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support. Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.92 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
