Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative would be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Greeting customers at the front reception area.
Answering phones and e-mails, handling customer inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule fly-in fishing trips, customer groceries, customer bait, shuttle service.
Collect, track deposits ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated to the customer.
Quoting and assisting in scheduling aircraft charters.
Other duties as assigned, assisting with various tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge in Microsoft Suite a plus.
Customer Service experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
