About Us: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to perform a variety of receptionist and scheduling duties. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative would be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

Greeting customers at the front reception area.

Answering phones and e-mails, handling customer inquiries.

Coordinate and schedule fly-in fishing trips, customer groceries, customer bait, shuttle service.

Collect, track deposits ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated to the customer.

Quoting and assisting in scheduling aircraft charters.

Other duties as assigned, assisting with various tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge in Microsoft Suite a plus.

Customer Service experience a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $18.98-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
