Summary:

As the

Customer Service Representative

,

you will provide excellent customer support on Price, Product & Delivery in a fast paced, time sensitive food manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive, enter & process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy Act as a key primary point of contact for customer inquiries globally. Coordinate with production scheduling, distribution and shipping to ensure the timely delivery of products Utilize the ERP system to analyze the supply & demand of products Coordination of logistics for out bound finished products for load scheduling & consolidation Assist with weekly sales reports

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Entry in a fast paced (high volume) environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Working knowledge ERP systems (preferably SAP) Bilingual French preferred, but not a requirement Passion for food!
