Respond to customer inquiries promptly through online platform like Shopify, and social media platforms.
Assist customers with the ordering process and resolve issues related to payments, deliveries, etc.
Organize and record customer feedback, and communicate efficiently with the operations team, kitchen, and delivery team.
Assist with daily order management, group maintenance, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
Participate in optimizing standard scripts, compiling frequently asked questions, and developing customer communication processes.
Rich Experience on social communication tool like WhatsApp, Line, Messager, etc.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid work permit or visa.
Must have local sales experience of 1-2 years is preferred?
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms; experience in online customer service or community management is preferred.
Proficiency in English, able to handle English inquiries.
Good listening skills, able to understand customer needs, clear expression, and emotional stability.
Quick learner with the ability to use customer service systems/tools to handle multi-channel data.
Responsible, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
? Full-time: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
? Hourly wage starting at CA$17.85-CA$20 (based on experience).
