**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers and resolving inquiries in a professional manner. **Duties:** Field calls and emails related to incoming parts orders, follow up with customers regarding related inquiries. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate parts/solutions. Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment. Provide customers with information on parts and products. Advise customers on use and care of products, and provide advice concerning specialized products. Consult with customers after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Describe and explain equipment operation, options and functions to customers. Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers\' descriptions of malfunctions. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates. Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur. Prepare parts sales orders and related documentation for inventory control. Receive and fill telephone orders for parts. Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction. Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service. Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manager. **Experience:** - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Proficiency in English is a must - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively Joining our team as a Customer Service Representative offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and sales techniques.
