We are in need of a Customer Service Representative to help grow with us.

Responsibilities

Order Entry Order ownership - track and follow orders through the manufacturing process to provide updates to customers as requested Liaison between Customer, Sales and Management to correctly enter and follow orders through the productions process quickly and efficiently Help continue to build and nurture relationships with new and existing clientele. All other tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the office Work as a team player with the other customer service representatives, production staff, and management multi task

Requirements

Fluency in the English language is a must

Past experience in customer relations

Past experience in Printing and/or Manufacturing preferred.

Microsoft Office Knowledge

Salary and hours

Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $48,000 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
