Our Care Centre is located in Etobicoke, at the Tutor Doctor Headquarters. Our Headquarters supports 200 franchises in over 15 countries. The purpose of the Care Centre is to provide a positive client experience with all of our callers while offering and scheduling a free consultation.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into consultations
- Accurately record lead details into the system and document all call information
- Multitask; manage multiple calendars (Google)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience \xe2\x80\x93 sales/retail industry preferred
- Willing to work a rotation of shifts as required (Hours: Mon to Fri: 9 am to 12 am/ Saturday 10 am to 9 pm/ Sunday 12 pm to 8pm).
- A clear communicator, excellent in verbal and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving and reasoning skills
- Strong computer skills
- A team player
