Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for with our client located in Etobicoke. This role will support the Orders for B2B customers and assist with expediting orders by collaborating with the warehouse. The successful candidate will hold a strong Customer Service skills having exposure in collaborating with various departments to assure operational day to day flow of orders within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls from B2B customers regarding orders
• Handling inquiries from new customers regarding products and services
• Full cycle order entry - from initial entry to delivery quality or products received
• Change customer details or revise orders within database
• Providing administrative assistance to the management team
• Review & monitor inventory levels
• Updating invoicing information to accurately match vendor information
• Assure data and information is up to data within internal database
• Organizes and tracks meetings for senior management

• 1 year experience providing customer experience within Manufacturing or Distribution environment or Logistics Coordination experience
• Customer Service 1-3 years within a call center environment
• Strong Excel skills to manipulate collected data
• Ability to prioritize and multi task
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• College or University degree in Business Administration
