Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients.
Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
Process counter transactions in a way that meets customer expectations.
Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team for follow-up and closure to meet business goals set by the Branch.
Provide administrative support to Customer Relation Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Requirements:
Minimum of post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher degree is an asset.
Minimum of one years of customer service or cashier experience. Banking experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position. Verbal Cantonese skills are considered an asset.
Excellent attention to details.
Willingness to learn and self-motivation to support the team.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations.
Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving work accuracy on the first attempt.
Strong common sense and patience, especially when addressing customer requests and inquires.
Proven adherence to bank policies and procedures.
