The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in
Edmonton, Alberta
. As the Customer Service Representative, you will drive new sources of revenue for the Service department, through selling service agreements and effectively managing customer relationships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
Drive new Service and Parts revenue within assigned territory
Meet sales targets by adding accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
Build and maintain relationships with key customer personnel
Conduct regular customer site visits and meet with new prospective customers
Produce leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units
Track leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management or sales is a strong asset
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM
A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and confident when speaking to contacts and customers on the phone
Highly motivated to achieve results and a track record of success in sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Valid driver's license

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $100,000.
