One who can connect the task they are doing to the mission and values of the company.Check out Edmonton Heart To Home Meals on Facebook and YoutubeDuties Include: Handling inbound calls relating to service inquiries, brochure requests and ordersMaking outbound calls to customers who are missing orders, or to follow up on brochure requestsCalling anywhere between 80-100 calls a dayAssisting the Office Supervisor in the day to day running of the franchiseMailing of letters, brochures, and promotional offers to customers and prospectsRouting of driver's for deliveries and supporting supervisor on logistics relatedData administration, including sales report, inventory report, customers report, calls reportLogistics Related RoutinesBanking routines and cash administrationInventory RoutinesPurchase Order RoutinesVan MaintenanceEssential Skills/ ExperienceArticulate, upbeat and engaging telephone mannerConfident and comfortable speaking with seniors for several hours per dayStrong attention to detailStrong empathy & dependabilityAble to work independently and efficientlyDriving licenseAbility to multi taskComputer literateThis is a ground floor opportunity with a company that is growing quickly!
