Tasks :
Provide optimal and respectful customer service to dental practices
Support our outside sales team
Take care of merchandise returns
Technical billing assistance
Assets: Resourceful and fast on the computer, bilingual, knowledge of MS Office, experience in the software field, knowledge of the dental field.
Position: Customer Service Agent
Workplace: Ville St-Laurent office, QC
Description: Authorized dental distributor
Position type: Internal position / Full-time customer service day 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, plus benefits and bonuses.
