Job Posting: Customer Service Representative with Culinary Experience Position: Customer Service Representative with Culinary Background to do Kitchen Preparation Location: Stratford, ON Company: The Butcher and The Baker Employment Type: Up to 32 hrs per week About Us: The Butcher and The Baker looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled Customer Service Representative who has a strong culinary background. Our company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences while promoting a passion for food and service. : As a Customer Service Representative with a culinary background, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and providing expert knowledge and advice on food products, services, and preparation techniques. Complete duties as assigned and able to make batch meals. Responsibilities: o Provide excellent customer service through in person and phone addressing inquiries related to our products and services o Utilize your culinary knowledge to assist customers with ingredient substitutions, recipe recommendations, and product pairing advice, as well as preparing food. o Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional, effective, and timely manner. o Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges as necessary, ensuring smooth and efficient service. o Assist in the kitchen as required o Store House-Monday to Friday 1000-1800, Saturday 0900-1700, Sunday 1000-1400 o Some weekend shifts required Requirements: o Strong background in the culinary field (e.g., kitchen experience, food service, or culinary arts training) o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. o Familiarity with customer service platforms POS system is a plus o Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. o Attention to detail o Safe Food Handling and Smart Serve an asset How to Apply: If you're ready to make a difference at The Butcher and The Baker, please send your resume to: info@thebutcherthebaker.shop or drop off to 26 Wellington Street, Stratford.
