Job Summary

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses. Process customer orders, quotations, and follow-ups with accuracy. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while assisting in onboarding new accounts. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide product knowledge and support to customers regarding PET sheets, thermoforming cups, and related packaging solutions. Prepare sales reports, order tracking, and assist in forecasting demand. Support the sales team with administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in manufacturing, plastics, or packaging industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
