Customer Service experience in a Warehouse or Transportation setting is a definite asset.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders
Enter customer orders to Accellos WMS (warehouse management system)
Run stock reports, as required, to check for product availability
Co-ordinate any last-minute shipping requests with the traffic departments, expediting as necessary
Confirm customer orders in the WMS
Enter and investigate all customer returns
Enter, process, and confirm receipts in the WMS
Make any inventory adjustments necessary
Set up new items/product in the JD Smith system
Run unshipped order reports as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous customer service experience in a warehouse/transportation setting
Strong keyboarding skills and a working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Flexibility to work overtime if requested by our customer
Highly dependable with superior attendance record
Great customer service and relationship building skills
Sense of urgency and good problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
