What You'll Do

Welcome every customer, identify needs, and match them with the right products and services Take ownership of branch sales targets--your effort directly drives your bonus Explain our lending, insurance, and payment products so customers can make smart decisions Process loans, payments, and transactions with speed and accuracy (cash handling required) Proactively follow up with customers about renewals, missed payments, or new offers Support collections efforts with professionalism and persistence Ensure every customer leaves satisfied--and every dollar is accounted for Contribute to daily store operations, appearance, and team results

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Retail sales, customer service, or cash handling experience is an asset--but not a dealbreaker Competitive, goal-driven, and not afraid to ask for the business Strong communicator--you're comfortable starting a conversation (and closing it) Reliable, organized, and not fazed by busy days or new challenges Willing to support nearby locations as needed (flexibility = more opportunity)
