Rolmaster Conveyors -- a Canadian leader in custom conveyor systems -- is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, organization, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you'll be the key connection between clients, suppliers, and the sales team. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the sales process, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Customer Support & Engagement
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and qualify new leads
Guide clients through product details and order processes
Provide regular updates on quotes, orders, and shipping
Build relationships with clients and support long-term partnerships
Sales & Coordination Support
Assist with generating quotes and proposals
Work with suppliers to gather information and pricing
Help maintain CRM and order tracking systems
Support the team with reporting, documentation, and communication
Post-Sales & Administration
Coordinate shipping logistics and delivery details
Manage warranty claims and service follow-ups
Assist with marketing updates and product information as needed
What You Bring
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer-first mindset with a collaborative approach
Proficiency with computer systems (CRM, email, MS Office, etc.)
Eagerness to learn and support both clients and the sales team
(Bonus) Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks or mechanical background
