Requirements:

Previous customer service experience an asset Secondary School (Preferred) Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrate high level of professionalism Clear communication ability Confident working independently and cooperatively in teams Must be available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Weekends Off!) Result and goal-driven mindset Good computer skills

CSR Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment Answer incoming customer inquiries Insurance claim intake and file set up. Customer updates for vehicle repair status Courtesy/Rental vehicle scheduling and organization. Other duties as requested
This is an immediate full time position Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record and modify customer information within the database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested
