Reilly Transfer Group Ltd. requires a Customer Service Representative (CSR) This person will be responsible for providing professional, courteous customer service via telephone and in person while entering information into our Truck Mate system. This individual will be accountable for addressing customer inquiries, and processing transactions in a transportation and logistics environment. This individual participates in all assigned training, setting, and meeting personal goals. The CSR will be expected to promote the organization, acting as a brand ambassador, providing positive experiences to all customers. Experience Needed: - Computer knowledge - Typing / Spelling / Communication - Knowledge of the city - Truck Mate operating system would be an asset.
