The Customer Service Representativeis responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Typical inquiries include assistance with identifying parts, providing quotations, placing orders, processing returns, issuing billing adjustments, and tracking orders. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and supporting overall business operations. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for an additional 6-month extension.
