What You'll Be Doing



Build and maintain customer relationships via email, phone, text, and social media (email being the primary channel). Foster a community of Fresh Prep ambassadors, both online and offline. Work with precision and organization to ensure accurate responses. Master Aircall and Kustomer, our customer service platforms. Respond to calls, emails, and other channels to address customer concerns. Collaborate with other departments to get answers to customer questions. Follow up with customers, especially for recurring issues. Address complaints with diligence and accuracy. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Managing the employee canteen: conducting inventory, submitting purchase requests, collecting payments, and removing expired products.

This person is the first point of contact for our customers and shines through their speed, efficiency, and consistently positive attitude. They juggle multiple tasks, solve problems in real time, and deliver an exceptional customer experience--even under pressure. Dynamic, strategic, and solution-oriented, they collaborate with all teams to get straight to the point.

You are articulate. You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Even better, you practice empathy in all spheres. You understand the importance of details. You don't sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, yet you have a keen ability to recognize nuance. You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand. Happy to work afternoon, evening and weekend shifts as required. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience; call centre experience is an asset. Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French is an asset, as Fresh Prep delivers across Canada. Data entry skills and a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with near-perfect accuracy. Good command of computer tools and a willingness to learn new systems.

What You Can Expect



Yearly salary between $45,000 - $48,000 based on experience, plus earned bonuses On-site position, must be able to easily travel to our Calgary facility (1797 120th Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3K 0R1).
