As a Customer Service Representative, you won't just be filling a position; you'll be a key team member in ensuring our customer service is exceptional. You will enjoy working out of our state-of-the-art scale facility and frequently interacting with customers.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the customer experience from start to finish Handle retail customer payments/transactions in person Create scale tickets and enter weights and prices into our internal operating system Handle all customer service-related requests via phone, email, in-person Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness Perform a variety of opening and closing duties daily, including cash in/out
