Customer Service Superstar

Cakeworks is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Cakecrew.

Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen is an asset, but not a must.

We are seeking someone permanent (this is not a summer role) for 3 days per week including Saturdays. This position starts at $16 per hour, a typical shift would start at 8:30am and end at around 3:00pm. OR start at 10:00am and end around 4:00pm

Some of your daily tasks / requirements include:

-Answering a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

-Setting up new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, taking orders and answering questions about our products including design options, flavors and cost / quotes.

-Providing outstanding Customer Service to our customers both in-person and over the phone. As well as responding to inquiries via email.

-Processing payments over the phone and in-person.
