As a Customer Service Representative, you support our goal of xe2x80x9cFirst Call Resolutionxe2x80x9d. You are the voice of Waste Connections of Canada upholding one of our key operating values (Customer Service). You will be serving as the front line contact for customers, residents and prospective clients, you field all calls/emails and work to resolve problems and questions concerning service, billing or new service. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for closing new customer sales, resolving customer issues, handling service changes, maintaining a strong customer relationship and providing ongoing services to current customers.In this role, you get to liaise with other teams like Sales, Accounting and Operations to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.We are busy, but a fun place to work.
