As a family owned business we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that understands the importance of taking care of our customers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Duties
  • Operating out of your own state of the art scale office, facilitate the customer experience from start to finish.
  • Ensuring the timeliness of scale flow and customer satisfaction
  • Creating scale tickets through specialized software
  • Entering weights and prices into management system
  • Communicate with other scales and operational teams on incoming customers and pertinent information
  • Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
  • Answer phones, transfer calls in a professional competent manner,
  • Perform variety of opening and closing duties including cash in and out.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the customer service industry and cash handling.

What it takes to succeed in this position?
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • A high level of accountability
  • Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
