As a family owned business we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that understands the importance of taking care of our customers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Duties
- Operating out of your own state of the art scale office, facilitate the customer experience from start to finish.
- Ensuring the timeliness of scale flow and customer satisfaction
- Creating scale tickets through specialized software
- Entering weights and prices into management system
- Communicate with other scales and operational teams on incoming customers and pertinent information
- Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
- Answer phones, transfer calls in a professional competent manner,
- Perform variety of opening and closing duties including cash in and out.
Qualifications
- Experience in the customer service industry and cash handling.
What it takes to succeed in this position?
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- A high level of accountability
- Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
