Customer Service Representative Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Flexible hours starting at 10:00AM to 2:00PM Looking for someone who comes to work on time and with a smile on their face! Over 200 productions later, Stage West Dinner Theatre remains a local favourite among patrons. Operating in Calgary since 1982, Stage West offers a variety of plays, musicals, and features our signature gourmet buffet. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative in our box office you will be an integral part of creating the best experience for our patrons. Duties and responsibilities will include the following: \xc2\xb7 Answering all inbound calls in a friendly, inviting manner \xc2\xb7 Carrying out ticket sales \xc2\xb7 Answering questions pertaining to performances and daily operations \xc2\xb7 Demonstrating a strong code of ethics while adhering to & protecting client and employee information \xc2\xb7 Creating a positive experience by understanding and meeting customer needs quickly, professionally & accurately Qualifications Previous experience in customer service an asset but not required. \xc2\xb7 Excellent people skills \xc2\xb7 General computer knowledge \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Good attention to detail \xc2\xb7 The ability to work with others and take direction \xc2\xb7 The ability to work independently \xc2\xb7 Punctuality We offer flexible hours, company benefits such as: Complimentary tickets for each of our shows and meal benefits Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 per hour Schedule:
