The Role
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and maintaining a record of incoming inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relations. Communicate with clients to provide effective, timely solutions and support.
  • Quickly identify and solve problems to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support.
  • Identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
  • Learn the software systems used by the company and products to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries and answer questions from customers.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales, operations and technical teams.
  • Process orders, forms, applications or requests.
  • Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence on time. Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
  • Set up and maintain files.
  • Inform clients on new release products and policies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to help improve business processes.
  • Assist in office administration tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication - both oral and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
