Job Description
Kelly's customer, a World leader in gasses, technologies and services for Industry and Health, is looking for a Customer Service Representative join their team in their Burlington, ON.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all inquiries as the first point of contact by phone, email, and EDI systems.
- Accurately document customer information into EDI system.
- Display excellent customer service skills and demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Some prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding
- Proficient with Computer - Strong working knowledge with Oracle, Salesforce and Google would be considered an asset.
