CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Customer Service Representative

Brampton, ON

$21.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

In this role you will support customers for a manufacturer of custom cables and electrical products.

Responsibilities:

Input orders into the system
Expedite purchase orders from vendors
Provide a delivery timeframe to customers
Communicate with customers with respect to issues and complaints

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Punctual, courteous and presentable
Experienced customer service representative
Reliable transportation
Clean criminal record
