Robert Half is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Brampton. The Customer Service Representative will have experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry, is customer service focused, as well as proactive and takes initiatives. This is a hybrid position with flexibility. Reporting to Customer Service Supervisor, this role is responsible for the day-to-day order processing within the company including but not limited to:
International Shipping
Data entry
Daily customer account correspondence
Management of product inventory and general customer service support
Production coordination
Shipping/Customs paperwork
Co-ordination of logistics and freight for outgoing shipments
Visual manufacturing
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of customer service experience preferably in a similar role
Previous experience with order processing/management
Strong interpersonal skills
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills
Accountable and highly motivated
Detail oriented and a team player
Manufacturing/Distribution industry
