This full-time position is part of the customer service team, providing client services over email and phone, and managing working relations with our network of distributors across the Canada and US. As a customer service agent, you may be able to refine your sales, client relations, professional correspondence, and organizational capabilities and will have the opportunity to advance your career as part of a growing company, including in accounting, technical sales, B2B marketing, data analysis, and business administration.

Defined working hours:



Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM

Your duties include:



Answer and direct phone calls from clients Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner Checking stock and prices as requested by customers Prepare and coordinate customer quotations Communicating with vendors and following up with their services Help with administrative duties such as invoicing, data entry, Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualification



Previous business administration experience A bachelor/certificate/diploma in business, engineering, or communications Experience with Microsoft 365 applications Organized and extremely attentive to details*
Ability to work in a varying paced environment, efficient and accurate during fast paced periods, productive and helpful in slower- paced periods Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Native fluency in English. Working fluency in French or Chinese would be an asset.

Bonus Qualification



Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP would be a plus Experience in Engineering may be helpful in understanding products and application
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
