Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism. Ideal candidate will also posses knowledge of entry level accounting/bookkeeping tasks.

We are presently working a 4 day work week. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive interaction with customers. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data entry is accurate and timely. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Basic accounting/bookkeeping processing of invoices, and other items

Skills

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers positively. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to quality service. Previous experience in an automotive environment is preferred but not necessary QuickBooks experience preferred
