Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: LaSalle - 4 days remoteAre you a detail-oriented customer service professional? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clients\' team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home 4 days a week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Receive orders via email and phone, enter them into our ERP system (Visual Next), and send order confirmations (proforma invoices) to clients.
- Payment Handling: Collect and process payment details, issue refunds, and credit customers as needed.
- Client Communication: Update clients on their order status and provide tracking information once shipped. Handle inquiries and issues via email and telephone.
- Account Management: Set up new accounts and help resolve problem orders efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure timely shipment of all orders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (Visual Next experience is a plus).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
